Spacious, silent, designed for families or for anyone who simply wants space around them. The king-size double bed with hypoallergenic topper welcomes you with just the right softness. A single bed completes the room — with the option of adding a fourth, so everyone can stay together without giving up comfort.
The windows open onto a scene that shifts light every hour: the historic square, the Liberty-style buildings, the green hills in the background. The city is right there, alive — but in here, silence reigns.
The private bathroom is a ritual in itself: shower with hydromassage jets and chromotherapy light, to melt away the tiredness after a day among the Cinque Terre. Independent climate control, free WiFi, safe, desk and international sockets: everything you need, without having to ask.

Only one small to medium sized dog per room is allowed upon request, an extra charge and credit card details may be required as security for any damages or extra cleaning only if necessary. It is not possible to leave it alone unattended in rooms to made to climb into beds. Extra cleaning fee 25€
Smoking is not allowed in our facility and rooms. Availability of small outdoor cavity inside the facility reserved for smokers.
The City of La Spezia charges a tourist tax of 2.50 per person per day, excluding children under the age of 16 and for a maximum of 5 continuous days.
Respect for other guests and residents of the building is required. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
The facility is designed as a logistical base for exploring the area, ask for advice on travel, trains, excursions and itineraries.
Rooms should be left in a decent condition. Any damages will be charged.
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with at least 2 hours’ notice, check-out at 10:30 AM. Late check-out from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM available with a €25 supplement, early check-in from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM with guaranteed room and €25 supplement. Late check-in from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM only on request with a €45 supplement.
Before check-in and after check-out, free from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with supplement and guaranteed room from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. After check-out from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM, paid luggage storage available through the Bounce service, depending on the number and size of bags.
ID card/passport for EU countries, passport for non-EU countries for all guests, including minors.

Our property is in the city centre, adjacent to the pedestrian area, shopping streets and restaurants.
The harbour, where boats depart for the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away.
The station is 2 minutes’ walk away and the Cinque Terre are just 10 minutes by train.
